Refresher Training
The Health & Safety Executive who regulate first aid training in the workplace “strongly recommend” the first aid students receive an annual refresher session to prevent skill fade.
This move is welcomed by many who admit that they would struggle to remember the correct safe method of resuscitating a casualy who is not breathing, after all this is not something you can practice often !

We offer a 3 hour session covering basic life support or CPR and recovery position in addition to dealing with wounds and bleeding.
Costs are £ 35 per person, and there are venues at Blackburn , Preston and Nelson
